You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return Policy will apply.
Nightshade Electronics may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are canceled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact Nightshade Electronics [email protected] to begin the return process. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. To be eligible for a return during this period, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items purchased from Nightshade Electronics that didn’t start when they arrived, or arrived in damaged condition, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Nightshade Electronics may test items that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the same account you paid with. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
